AXS tickets can be resold on Theatr when they meet Theatr’s listing requirements and you have a valid way to deliver them. The method depends on whether you have AXS Mobile ID tickets or shareable e-tickets.
For AXS Mobile ID, use AXS’s official Transfer feature. Do not use a screenshot of the mobile barcode; it may refresh and the screenshot may not work for entry.
Before listing AXS tickets
Open the event in AXS and check whether Transfer or Share is available.
Check delivery delays, transfer restrictions, and whether extras such as VIP benefits or merchandise are included in the transfer.
Confirm the event, date, time, seats, and quantity. Prepare proof of purchase showing the event details and price paid, with barcodes and unrelated personal information covered.
On Theatr, select AXS as the ticket source. Choose Via original platform for AXS Mobile ID, and an accurate Expected Transfer Timing. For a shareable PDF, see the e-ticket section below.
After submitting, check the listing under Orders → Sell → Manage. It may be under review, live, or need changes; submitting it does not necessarily mean buyers can purchase it yet. Follow the status and any requested changes shown in the app. See How do I sell tickets on Theatr? for the full listing process.
How to transfer AXS Mobile ID tickets after they sell
Open the paid buyer order in Theatr under Orders → Sell → Manage → select the listing → Orders. Use Contact to confirm the buyer’s first name, last name, and AXS email address or phone number.
On AXS.com, sign in, open the event under Your Tickets, and select Transfer. In the AXS app, open the event from the ticket icon and tap Transfer.
Select only the tickets sold in this Theatr order. Enter the buyer’s confirmed details, review the seats and recipient, and complete the transfer. Follow AXS’s one-time passcode prompt.
Make sure the buyer can find the tickets in the AXS account associated with the transfer. A new AXS user will need to follow the email or text instructions to create an account and access the tickets in the AXS app.
Once the buyer has access, return to the Theatr order, tap I have transferred the ticket(s), and upload proof of the completed handoff. The buyer can view this proof, so hide unrelated personal information.
See AXS’s official transfer instructions for its current website and app steps.
How to deliver an AXS e-ticket
If AXS offers Share, follow that feature’s instructions after the sale. It may send the buyer a PDF to print, while some events convert shared tickets to AXS Mobile ID. Confirm the required format and where the buyer will access the ticket. See AXS Transfer and Share.
If you already have a valid, independently shareable PDF or static ticket image, you can choose Instant E-Ticket Transfer and upload it while creating the listing. Theatr delivers the uploaded files automatically after purchase; you do not need to send them again or mark them as transferred. See How Instant E-Ticket Transfer works for file requirements.
If Transfer is unavailable or the buyer cannot access the tickets
A missing or disabled AXS Transfer button means the event is not currently eligible for that transfer method, although it may become available later. Check with AXS before promising delivery if you do not have another valid method.
If the tickets have already sold, keep the buyer informed. Check the recipient details, AXS account, and transfer status. If access remains blocked or the event is approaching, contact AXS for help with its transfer and Theatr Support for the Theatr order. If you cannot fulfill it, follow the seller cancellation and refund steps.
