Telecharge tickets can be listed on Theatr. The correct delivery method depends on whether your ticket file is already available.
Before listing, check your Telecharge order confirmation for the ticket format, delivery date, and any box-office pickup requirements.
Option 1: Use Instant E-Ticket Transfer
If you already have the Telecharge PDF or digital ticket, Instant E-Ticket Transfer is usually the quickest delivery option.
Start creating your listing on Theatr.
Upload your proof of purchase. Keep the price paid and event date visible, but hide personal information and ticket barcodes.
Under Ticket Source, select Telecharge.
Under Handoff Method, select Instant E-Ticket Transfer.
Tap Upload My Tix.
Upload the Telecharge PDF or a clear screenshot of each ticket.
Match each ticket to the correct seat when prompted.
Complete and publish the listing.
When the tickets sell, Theatr automatically delivers the uploaded files to the buyer. You do not need to send them again or mark them as transferred.
The ticket file must show the complete barcode or QR code and must not be blurry or cropped.
If one PDF contains multiple tickets, it cannot be split during Instant E-Ticket Transfer. The tickets in that PDF must be sold together to one buyer. To sell tickets separately, upload a separate ticket image for each seat.
Option 2: Send the Telecharge tickets after the sale
Choose this option if the tickets have not been released yet or you prefer to send them directly to the buyer.
Select Telecharge as the ticket source.
Under Handoff Method, select Email or Text.
Choose the most accurate Expected Transfer Timing.
Complete and publish the listing.
After the tickets sell:
Open the order under Orders → Sell.
Review the buyer’s contact information and the tickets included in the order.
Open the ticket email from Telecharge.
Forward the complete ticket email or attach the correct PDF or ticket image using the buyer’s chosen contact method.
Make sure you send every ticket included in the order.
Return to the Theatr order and tap I have transferred the ticket.
Under Upload transfer proof, upload a screenshot of the sent email or text showing the ticket attachment.
Tap Upload to confirm the transfer.
Only confirm the transfer after the buyer has been given access to the tickets. The buyer can view the transfer proof you upload, so hide unrelated personal information.
For a standard Telecharge PDF or static digital ticket, select Email or Text, not Via original platform.
If the Telecharge tickets are not available yet
Some Telecharge orders may not release the tickets until closer to the performance. Use the delivery timing shown in your Telecharge confirmation when creating the listing.
If the tickets sell before they become available:
Open the order under Orders → Sell.
Tap I can’t make the transfer right now.
Contact the buyer and agree on when the tickets will be delivered.
Upload a screenshot showing that the buyer agreed to the delayed transfer.
Submit the delayed transfer confirmation.
Deliver the tickets at the agreed time.
Return to the order, tap I have transferred the ticket(s), and upload proof of the completed delivery.
What if the Telecharge order requires box-office pickup?
If your order requires collection at the theater, do not list it as an e-ticket.
Select Box office pick up as the handoff method and confirm:
When the ticket will be available
Where the buyer should collect it
Whose name is attached to the order
Whether the venue requires photo identification, the original payment card, or other documentation
Only list a box-office pickup ticket if the buyer will be able to meet the stated requirements.
If the buyer cannot find the tickets
Ask the buyer to:
Check their spam or junk folder.
Confirm that you used the correct email address or phone number.
Look for the attached PDF or ticket image.
Confirm that every page or ticket was included.
If necessary, resend the ticket and keep proof of the completed delivery. If the performance is approaching and the buyer still cannot access the tickets, contact Theatr Support through the order.
