You can list tickets for upcoming, in-person events on Theatr, including Broadway shows, concerts, comedy, dance, sports, festivals, and more.
Before listing, make sure your tickets meet the requirements below.
The event has a confirmed future date
Tickets can be listed only for upcoming events with a confirmed date and time.
Past-date tickets can’t be listed, including tickets a box office may offer after a missed performance.
Make sure the buyer can receive the tickets
Choose the delivery method that accurately describes how the buyer will receive the tickets:
Instant E-Ticket Transfer
The original ticketing platform
Email or text
Box office pickup
An in-person handoff
If your tickets won’t be available until closer to the event, you can still list them. Select the most accurate delivery timing and make sure the buyer receives them when promised.
Tickets that are locked to your account or otherwise can’t be transferred shouldn’t be listed.
Price your tickets at what you paid or less
Set your asking price at or below the amount you originally paid per ticket, including fees. For more information, see How much can I sell my tickets for?.
Include proof of purchase
Every listing includes proof of purchase so buyers can confirm the original price and event details.
Your proof needs to clearly show:
The price paid per ticket
The event date
The event time
Proof of purchase is visible to buyers. Fully cover any ticket barcodes or QR codes and hide unnecessary personal or payment information before uploading it.

Disclose important ticket restrictions
Include any information that could affect the buyer’s experience or ability to use the ticket, such as:
Obstructed or limited views
Age restrictions
ID or box office pickup requirements
Delayed ticket delivery
Any other conditions attached to the ticket
Can I sell lottery or rush tickets?
Lottery and rush tickets can be listed once you’ve received them, as long as they meet Theatr’s other requirements and can be transferred or handed to the buyer.
Some digital tickets are locked to the original purchaser’s account and can’t be resold. For more information, see Can I sell Broadway lottery and rush tickets?.
Can I relist tickets I bought on Theatr?
Yes. If the event is still upcoming, you can relist tickets purchased on Theatr.
Your original price paid includes the Theatr service fee from your purchase. You may list the tickets for up to that total amount.
What if I can’t find the event?
If an eligible event doesn’t appear in search, tap Add details or None of these? Add a new event while creating your listing.
Can I list tickets for events outside the US?
Theatr currently supports events in the United States only, so events outside the US can’t be listed yet.
