How do I deactivate my listing?

Learn how to take a listing off the marketplace and what happens to offers and existing sales.

Deactivate your listing to stop new purchases of its remaining tickets.

Deactivate your listing

  1. Open Orders → Sell and select the listing.

  2. Tap Manage → Deactivate.

  3. Confirm the change.

If the listing shows “Action Needed”, check its review message. If it says “We need more information”, you can use Deactivate to withdraw it without completing the requested changes. To sell it later, update the listing with the information we asked for.

After deactivation

  • Pending offers you received are automatically declined. Pending counteroffers you sent expire.

  • Paid orders still in progress stay active. Keep delivering those tickets.

  • The listing stays in your account under Orders → Sell.

If you can’t provide the tickets for an existing order, let the buyer know as soon as you can and follow how to cancel or refund an order as a seller.

To sell the tickets again, first check that you still have them and the listing details are correct. Follow how to put your tickets back on sale for the steps that match the listing’s status.

When Deactivate isn’t available

Open the listing under Orders → Sell and check its status and review message. If the listing is “In Review” and we haven’t asked for changes, Deactivate won’t appear. Wait for the review result. See the listing status guide for what happens next.

A listing that was taken down is already off sale and doesn’t offer Deactivate. The app also blocks deactivation after the event has started.

If you can’t find the listing itself, check that you’re signed in to the account you used to create it. See why your listings, orders or offers are missing after signing in.
