You can change a listing’s details, price or proof of purchase while the tickets are still unsold and their listed performance time hasn’t passed.
Edit a live listing
Open Orders → Sell and select the listing.
Tap Manage → Edit.
Update the ticket details, price or proof of purchase, then check your changes.
The venue and payout method can’t be changed on an existing listing. Once any of its tickets have sold, you also can’t change the event.
Tap Update to save.
When Edit isn’t available
A listing showing “In Review” can’t be edited yet. Wait for the result, or follow “Make changes requested in a review” below if we ask for updates.
If you see “Editing is temporarily unavailable” or “Someone’s checking out”, a buyer is checking out with your listing. Editing and lowering the price are paused during that checkout. If the message appears when you tap Update, your changes haven’t been saved.
Check the listing again later. If the buyer doesn’t complete the purchase, you can try again when Edit becomes available.
Change the selling price
You can set your selling price up to what you originally paid per ticket, including the original fees. If you lower your selling price, keep the original purchase price at the amount you actually paid. To lower only the selling price, tap Lower Price on the listing page. For other changes, use Manage → Edit.
Update proof of purchase
While editing your listing, open Proof of Purchase.
Remove any images you want to replace, upload the new ones and tap Save.
Review the listing and tap Update.
Buyers can see these images. Keep the event name, date, time and amount paid easy to read. Cover ticket barcodes and QR codes completely, and hide personal or payment details buyers don’t need. See What should I upload for proof of purchase? for help choosing the images.
Make changes requested in a review
When a review asks you to make changes, you might see “We need more information” or “Your listing needs to be updated”. From the listing page, Review opens the same editor as Update Listing in Orders → Sell. You can update and resubmit the same listing.
“Action Needed” can also mean an offer or ticket handoff is waiting, or that the listing has been taken down. Open the listing to check what it needs. See what each listing status means for the differences.
Open Orders → Sell and select the listing.
Read the message to see what needs changing and where to upload any additional documents.
Tap Update Listing and make the requested changes. If you’ve been asked for additional documents, see What should I upload for proof of purchase? for what to provide.
Check the details, then tap Publish to submit.
After submitting, open the listing from Orders → Sell to check its status. “In Review” means the tickets aren’t available to buyers yet. When “Manage Listing” shows “Looking for Buyer”, the listing is live.
Listings that are off sale
If you see “This listing is closed”, manage it from Orders → Sell.
For an unsold listing you deactivated, see Reactivate or Republish a Listing on Theatr to put it back on sale. Sold tickets and listings whose performance time has passed can’t be edited.
