If something on a listing appears inaccurate or doesn’t match the proof of purchase, you can report it directly from the listing page. Your report sends the listing to Theatr for review.
When should I report a listing?
You may want to report a listing if:
The event, date, time, section, row, or seat information appears incorrect.
The proof of purchase is missing the price paid or event information.
A ticket barcode or QR code is visible in the proof of purchase.
The asking price appears to be above what the seller paid.
An important ticket restriction or seat detail is missing or inaccurate.
The listing asks you to contact the seller, negotiate, or pay outside Theatr.
The buyer price shown on Theatr includes Theatr’s service fee. A buyer price that is higher than the amount shown on the ticket or proof of purchase does not necessarily mean the seller listed above what they paid.
How do I report the listing?
Open the listing in the Theatr app.
Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner.
Tap Report Listing.
Choose the reason that best matches your concern.
If none of the options fit, select Other and explain what looks incorrect.
Tap Submit.
What happens after I report it?
Submitting a report does not automatically remove the listing. Theatr reviews the listing and the available information before taking action.
If you already purchased the tickets and there is a serious problem with your order, reporting the listing is not enough to open a dispute or pause the order. Open Orders → Buy, select the order, and use Help → Dispute if that option is available.
For more information, see How do I open a dispute?.
