You can sell these tickets if the box office allows the buyer to collect them, or you can collect them yourself and hand them to the buyer. Check the box office’s ID and pickup-name requirements before listing.
Change the pickup name
When creating your listing, choose Box office pick up under Handoff Method and include the pickup instructions. After the sale, open the order under Orders → Sell and ask the box office to change the pickup name to the buyer’s name.
Collect the tickets yourself
If the box office will release the tickets only to you, pick them up yourself and arrange to hand them to the buyer. Choose In person under Handoff Method. Under Expected Transfer Timing, choose when you can make the handoff.
If the box office requires your ID, won’t change the pickup name and you can’t collect the tickets, you can’t list them: the buyer would have no way to receive them.
