After you confirm the transfer in your order, your earnings appear as Pending in your Theatr Wallet. For Instant E-Ticket Transfer, this happens automatically after purchase. Once they become available, you can start a transfer to your bank account through Stripe.
When will my earnings become available?
Your earnings generally become available in your Theatr Wallet about two business days after the event. Weekends and holidays don’t count as business days.
If the buyer opens a dispute, the earnings for that order aren’t available while we review the dispute. See My buyer disputed the order. What happens now? for what to do during a dispute.
How much do I keep?
You receive the price your tickets sell for. For example, a completed $80 ticket sale gives you $80 in earnings.
How do I check my Wallet?
Open Orders → Sell → Wallet in the Theatr app.
Pending: Earnings that aren’t available yet.
Once your earnings are available, you can transfer them to your bank after completing payout setup.
Tap the Cash balance to view your Wallet activity. The Completed section includes past earnings and transfers. To see when the money reaches your bank, open the payout in Stripe Express.
How do I transfer my available balance?
You’ll need a supported payout account connected through Stripe, with any required verification completed. If your Wallet shows Add Payout Method or Update payout method, follow the payout setup instructions.
Open Orders → Sell → Wallet.
Tap Transfer balance.
Select Direct Deposit via Stripe.
The app shows Transfer Initiated when the transfer starts and estimates arrival in two to three days. Bank processing can take longer. Sign in to Stripe Express for the payout’s current status and estimated arrival date.
What if my earnings haven’t arrived?
If your earnings are still pending after the expected date, or the app shows an error when you try to transfer your balance, contact us through Profile → Settings → Contact Us with the sold order and the message or status you see.
