If you are at the venue and your ticket does not scan, the venue will not accept it, or the ticket details do not match what you bought, submit a dispute from your order page as soon as you can.
Submit no later than 30 minutes after the event’s listed start time. Submit with the evidence you have, even if you’re still waiting for the seller to reply. Submitting a dispute pauses the order and seller payout for review.
If Dispute is unavailable while you’re within the window, contact Theatr Support right away with your order details and what happened at the venue. If a problem with Theatr prevented timely submission, tell us what happened even if the cutoff has since passed. A submission review does not guarantee a refund.
Follow these steps in the app.
Tap Orders, then Buy.
Select the order for the event.
Tap Help in the top right corner.
Tap Dispute.
Choose the issue that best matches what happened.
Upload the clearest evidence you have
Submit the dispute.
After you submit, we’ll review the information within 24 hours. If needed, we may ask you for more details or contact the seller for additional context.
If we confirm there was a valid ticket issue, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Refund timing may depend on your bank or card provider.
