How do I contact Theatr Support?

For help with your Theatr account, listing, order, or payment, you can reach our Support team in the app or by email.

Open the Theatr app and go to Profile → Settings → Contact Us to start a conversation.

You can also email [email protected], including if you cannot access your account.

If you already have a conversation with us, reply there so the team has the context. You can ask for a teammate in that conversation if you need human help or want the team to review an issue.

Tell us what happened and what you need help with. Depending on the issue, useful details include:

You do not need to repeat information already in the conversation. Do not send your password, login code, full payment-card number, or complete bank account information.

For routine delivery arrangements, open the order under Orders → Buy or Orders → Sell and use the contact information shown there. The buyer or seller can help confirm transfer timing or contact details, resend a transfer, or coordinate pickup.

If the other party is not responding or cannot resolve the problem, contact Support. Let us know if the event is approaching.

If a ticket cannot be accessed, is not as described, or is rejected at the venue, use the order’s Dispute option when available and submit before the deadline shown in the app. A Support conversation does not itself open a dispute. If an app problem prevents submission, contact us right away with the order details, when you tried, and what happened.

When starting a new report, you can also find Report Bug and Suggest a Feature under Profile → Settings. Use Contact Us when you need help with a specific account, listing, order, or payment.
